About me
Karen Goodrow is a lecturer in Ethics, Politics, and Economics. Her interests include constitutional principles of due process and ethical considerations in legal practices. She teaches courses at Yale involving the intersection of ethics with freedom of speech, wrongful convictions, capital punishment and policing in America. She received her J.D. from Western New England University in 1983. Prior to her 2013 appointment as a Judge of the Superior Court for the State of Connecticut, she was the director of the Connecticut Innocence Project. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch and has taught courses at universities across the state of Connecticut.
